Women's Classes - Fridays 9am to 10am
The women's only class runs from 9am to 10am each Friday. If you are interested, please let Arna know on 0407483974. If you are already a member with our club, just come along. If you are not yet a member, please sign up for a three-session trial pass by clicking the link at the top of this page and fill in the details. Class costs - $10 each for full members.

Classes for 2025 are as follows:
Tuesdays:
Little Ninjas (5 to 7 year olds) - 3:45 - 4:15pm - starts February 4th
Little Eagles (7 to 12 year olds) - 4:20 - 5:20pm - starts February 4th
General class - 5:30-7:00pm - starts 21 January
Thursdays:
General class - 5:45 - 7:15pm - starts 23 January
Fridays:
Women's class - 9:00 - 10:00am - starts 31 January
Saturdays:
General class - 9:30 - 11:00am - starts 1 February
